Package Your Items
Place your items in their original packaging or any eco-friendly mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached.
Label and Ship
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
